要注意的是，當多台電腦，使用同一個 Webhook 傳送訊息時，只會處理第一個傳送到的
例如：我有 DB Server 1 & DB Server 2 跑相同的 Powershell 程式(控制同一時間同時傳送)，就只會有其中一台的訊息會顯示
